Welcome to the Superwash Bros website. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, quotations, invoices and professional pressure cleaning services. By requesting a quotation, accepting a quotation or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Quotations
All quotations issued by Superwash Bros are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Quotations are based on the information available during the site inspection or information supplied by the customer. Any changes to the scope of work may require a revised quotation.
Work not specifically included in the quotation shall be regarded as additional work and may be quoted separately before commencement.
2. Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, pricing is based on the measured surface area (m²) or agreed scope of work.
Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
Superwash Bros is currently not registered for Value Added Tax (VAT). No VAT is charged on quotations or invoices.
3. Payment Terms
Payment shall be made according to the payment terms specified on the quotation or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Residential work is payable upon completion.
- Commercial work shall be payable according to the agreed payment terms.
Payment must be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) unless another payment method has been agreed in writing.
Please use the Invoice Number as your payment reference.
4. Scheduling
Every effort will be made to complete work on the scheduled date.
Superwash Bros reserves the right to postpone work due to:
- Heavy rain
- Unsafe weather conditions
- Equipment failure
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible should rescheduling become necessary.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide safe access to the work area.
- Provide a suitable water supply unless otherwise agreed.
- Ensure pets, vehicles and valuable items are removed from the work area.
- Inform Superwash Bros of any known hazards before work commences.
6. Pressure Cleaning Disclaimer
Pressure cleaning may reveal pre-existing defects that were not visible prior to cleaning.
Superwash Bros shall not be held responsible for damage resulting from:
- Loose or peeling paint
- Cracked or deteriorated paving
- Damaged grout
- Weak concrete
- Natural wear and tear
- Previous repairs
- Poor installation
- Age-related deterioration
Customers are encouraged to advise us of any areas of concern before work commences.
7. Chemicals
Standard cleaning chemicals may be used where required to improve cleaning results.
Specialist chemical treatments will only be carried out where specifically quoted or approved by the customer.
8. Health & Safety
Superwash Bros is committed to maintaining a safe working environment for our employees, customers and the general public.
Customers are requested to keep children, pets and members of the public away from active work areas until work has been completed.
9. Website
While every effort is made to ensure that the information published on this website is accurate and up to date, Superwash Bros makes no warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy or availability of the information.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Superwash Bros shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or the provision of our services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
